Pit Crew Tycoon

Pit Crew Tycoon puts you behind the scenes of a racing team. You hire mechanics, buy parts, tune setups, and then watch races play out based on your prep. The joy is in the fiddling — shaving weight here, tweaking suspension there.

The interface is menu-heavy but organized, and the sim gives you enough feedback to understand why a race went well or badly. Balancing budget against ambition kept us engaged longer than expected.

It leans dense, so patient players will get the most out of it. As a management sim on a phone, it's well made and doesn't nag you to hurry things along.
